Young at Heart is proud to announce its sister Non-For-Profit organization that was created to provide financial relief for programs to the seniors in our communities. The State of IL has cut funding to many programs, including crucial senior services. Young at Heart and SOCS work together in order to try a bridge the gap that may exist in preventing those in financial need from getting high-quality services they deserve.

At Senior Outing and Care Services, our mission is to enhance the quality of life for cognitively impaired seniors by providing them with financial support for personalized care, companionship, and engaging activities. We believe that every senior deserves the opportunity to live an enjoyable and fulfilling life, regardless of their physical or mental limitations.
Our partnership with dedicated teams of caregivers and activity coordinators are committed to providing compassionate care and creating a warm, welcoming environment where seniors can thrive. We believe that every senior is unique and has their own set of needs and preferences, and we work tirelessly to provide individualized care and attention to each of our clients.
Goal
Our goal is to promote social interaction, physical activity, and mental stimulation through a variety of opportunities outings and activities that are tailored to the interests and abilities of each senior. We strive to provide a safe and comfortable environment that fosters independence, dignity, and respect.

SOCS accepts donations of all kinds and redistributes to the community accordingly.
